If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If after 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of your delivery date. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely. If your item arrives physically damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
Send a clear photo of the damage to support@veyori.com so our team can review and determine eligibility for a free replacement.
Please note:

Cosmetic damage to outer packaging does not qualify for a replacement if the product inside is unharmed.

We do not replace or refund items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, or normal use.
Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you encounter an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate updates.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you've made a mistake, let us know within 24 hours. If we are not notified within this time frame, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
